Refund Policy

Ultimate Preset Refund Policy

At Ultimate Preset, we understand that customer satisfaction is important. That’s why we have created this Refund Policy to address any issues with our products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we process refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any problems with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@ultimatepreset.com. By completing your purchase, you agree that the decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of the Ultimate Preset team, and all decisions are final.

We provide refunds or store credit if the product is defective or not as described. However, unless our system shows that the product has not been downloaded (i.e., you haven’t clicked the provided download link), we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and software requirements before purchasing.

Ultimate Preset does not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If you no longer need the purchased product.

  • If you change your mind or find an alternative product.

  • If you cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations (e.g., you don’t own the compatible synthesizer required for the product).

  • If you lack the skills or knowledge to use the product effectively.

  • We do not refund products used with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

Eligibility

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as indicated in your Order Confirmation Email. We recommend you check the software and hardware requirements for each product to ensure that your system meets the necessary specifications. This information is always available on the product pages. Ultimate Preset does not refund products that require additional software to function (such as Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries or Software Synth Preset Banks). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and compatible equipment to use the product.
